In May 2009, the school reviewed the 2008-2009 Continuous Improvement Plan to access the degree to which implemented strategies were met.  This information was shared through a faculty meeting.  In August 2009 the Leadership Team reviewed data identifying the strengths and weaknesses from SAT, DIBELS, ACCESS and ARMT.  This data was given to the Grade Levels for review.  The Leadership Team reviewed weaknesses and correlated these to the initiatives.  Grade Levels met and provided suggestions as to specific strategies to address weaknesses.  During the August Faculty Meeting  the data was presented to the entire faculty.  The Leadership Team led in questions and answer time.
