Do you have younger children in your home?  Would you like to receive free hardbound books in the mail?  United Way of East Central Alabama has partnered with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library to provide a free book each month to families with children age birth to 5 years.  All you have to do is complete the form (look under "forms" &  "event forms" on the home page and download a copy) and send it in to United Way.  In about eight weeks your younger child will be mailed a book in his/her name directly to your home.  New books will continue to come as long as you are a resident of Calhoun County.  If you move out of the county, he/she exits the program.  This is a wonderful program, and the only two restrictions are age and residency.  Please feel free to share this information with anyone that you know that has young children in their home and live in the county.  If you have more than one child in the home that meet the age requirement, additional forms will have to be submitted so that each child will receive their own book each month!  If you need more information, contact the United Way of East Central Alabama, P.O.
